Liz McIlwain
Liz has been with Steele Creek Animal Hospital for over 20 years, she oversees the technical staff while participating in every aspect of patient care. She is truly dedicated to this progressive hospital and the optimum care of clients and their pets. Liz has degrees in Business management, Science Pre-Med and Veterinary Technology. Her professional interests are in client education, low stress handling, physical rehabilitation and senior pet care. At home she enjoys working on her family's organic blueberry farm, socializing with friends, traveling, hiking and seeking adventures with her husband, daughter and fur babies.

Molly McClure
Hospital Operations Manager
Molly McClure
Molly was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and joined Steele Creek Animal Hospital in 2018. She started as a Kennel Assistant and eventually moved into a technician role and is now the Patient Services Coordinator while also maintaining the hospital inventory. Molly wears a smile every day and is very devoted to patient care. “I love working with a devoted staff that delivers quality care. I also enjoy interacting with clients and seeing the joy their pets bring them.” In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her dog Dixie and cat Ollie.
